Keith-Desmond Falzon, 29, of Paola, was yesterday remanded in custody after being charged with defilement of a minor.

He was further charged with the illegal arrest and the violent indecent assault of the same minor. Mr Falzon was also charged with instilling fear of violence and sexually harassing a man. Police Inspector Louise Calleja prosecuted.
