Degreeplus activities registration open

Registrations for Degreeplus activities are now open and will close on February 25, with activities starting on February 27. Students are required to carry out 20 hours of activities during the semester, designed to help students rediscover the fun in learning and at the same time boost their academic studies with the much needed additional practical skills and experiences that enrich their character and employability.

The activities include units in entrepreneurship for students aspiring to be tomorrow's leaders, units in 'Culture and Heritage' wherein students take part in guided visits around Malta and Gozo, units in ICT that provide a basic understanding of computers, units in 'Language Development for Professional Purposes' that will enhance students' language competence, units wherein students engage in voluntary work related with children, the environment, youth, special needs, refugees or the elderly, and units for postgraduate students to embark on activities that will enhance their professional development.
