A delegation of senior Dutch diplomats and military officers is in Malta to negotiate the release by Gaddafi forces of a Dutch Navy helicopter crew captured in Libya more than a week ago. It is not clear if the diplomats will visit Tripoli, according to Dutch media.

The helicopter crew was captured when the helicopter landed in Sirte, Libya to pick up two oil workers. The workers were released.
