Dhalia in Dubai real estate exhibition

Dhalia, in collaboration with Asteco, its overseas partner in the UAE, has participated in The Global Real Estate Investor Show held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Asteco, the UAE's largest real estate property management company, with Sultan Bin Sulayem as its Chairman, is the undisputed expert used by many of the region's top property owners and businesses to fulfil their property requirements.

The Global Real Estate Investor Show is the forum for investors seeking to purchase off-plan investment property or holiday homes/retirement properties. It is the first of its kind in the UAE and perceived as the perfect opportunity to exhibit a prestigious portfolio of investment property and extend its range of services to a global audience.

At the exhibition, Dhalia and Asteco hosted one of the largest exhibition spaces. Asteco international property division manager Jane Woods commented "Experts were present at the stand to answer investors' questions. Expatriate investment overseas is on the increase and our portfolio, we believe, is second to none. Malta is considered as a very attractive destination by UAE nationals and expatriates primarily due to the Islands' wealth in cultural heritage."

Chris Grech, Dhalia's business development director stated that the event was a great opportunity to showcase Malta's up and coming projects that are becoming ever more popular with overseas investors. With reference to Asteco, Mr Grech added that "Asteco has extensive experience in the real estate industry and they were naturally our first choice to promote the Maltese property market in Dubai and the rest of the UAE."
