Dhalia inaugurates second office in Gozo

Dhalia Real Estate has continued to strengthen its presence in Gozo by inaugurating a second office in Triq il-Kapuccini, Victoria. The second office was inaugurated following a complete refurbishment of Dhalia's other outlet in Republic Street.

The Gozo operation is managed by one of Dhalia's most experienced managers, Andrew Gatt, who has over 18 years' experience in the property business and has occupied a number of posts within the Dhalia Group.

Dhalia was one of the first real estate agencies to realise the true potential of the Gozitan real estate market when it inaugurated its first branch in 1992. The opening of this second branch continues to underline the company's commitment to this very important market, which over the past years has realised a sustained growth in all segments.

This new office has also allowed Dhalia to set up a Property Management and Letting Department. The two offices jointly employ five consultants at present and offer the full range of real estate services. The team is expected to grow further by the end of this year.

Mr Gatt said the company's second outlet was chosen for its convenient location on the main road leading to Marsalforn and offered excellent, hassle-free parking and other facilities for customers visiting the offices.

Speaking about the inauguration of this new Dhalia branch office, Mr Gatt said that "despite the challenges of the market, Dhalia has retained a strong market share in all areas including sale of flats, farmhouses, townhouses and long and short lets of all types of property.

He went on to say that Dhalia Gozo had tailored its services according to the specific needs of the company's diverse customer base, which apart from the Gozitan community, also included Maltese and overseas buyers seeking holiday homes or permanent residences.
