The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has registered an industrial dispute with the Malta Environment and Planning Authority over the failure to reach a collective agreement for the authority's employees.

The union's public entities section sent Mepa's management a letter in which it warned that if the authority does not revise its position by tomorrow, industrial action will be ordered.

The section's head, Jesmond Bonello, will meet representatives of the Mepa employees in order to decide on the action that would be taken.
