The Malta Drag Racing Association recently held a presentation ceremony for winning drivers after the last racing series at the Hal-Far Raceway.

Among those awarded during the activity in Marsascala, was Alan Zammit. He won the Open 3 and 4 classes, achieving a personal best of 7.858 seconds in an Escort.

Also in the limelight was Emanuel Muscat who topped the CA5 class with his white Cosworth Cortina, tuned by Joe Catania.

Muscat registered his best ever elapsed time of 8.535 seconds.

The MDRA confirmed that the next racing series will be held on June 9-11.
