Communications Minister Censu Galea complained yesterday that vehicle drivers were being fined by wardens for not having a fire extinguisher in their car.

He said when speaking in parliament that although such a requirement existed, enforcement had not been made for many years.

He insisted that an information campaign should be conducted before such enforcement.
