A Zejtun man was yesterday charged with the possession of heroin in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use.

Roderick Cilia, 24, pleaded not guilty to the possession of the drug on and before September 3, 2001.

Inspector Josric Mifsud prosecuted.

Dr Robert Abela appeared for Cilia.
