A Pietà man was yesterday charged with the possession of heroin in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use.

Joseph Cutajar, 31, was also charged with cannabis possession on July 28.

He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail against a Lm400 deposit and a personal guarantee of Lm400.
