For the sake of correctness, it must be stated that the entry submitted by a Maltese firm, that was given first honourable mention rating, was co-authored by a joint venture formed between local offices Architecture Project and TBA Periti.

These offices believe strongly in a multi-disciplinary approach to buildings and have collaborated together successfully in the past, notably with the Manoel Island/Tignè Point Development Project.

The result achieved in this competition continues to justify this belief. It is important, therefore, to give credit to all involved.
