Dundee United booked their place in the Scottish Cup final by beating Raith Rovers 2-0 in yesterday's semi-final at Hampden Park.

Goals from David Goodwillie and Andy Webster either side of the break ensured the Tannadice side will return to Hampden on May 15 to face Ross County - shock winners over Celtic in Saturday's last four clash.

United's win also means First Division County are likely to have European football to look forward to next season if United secure a Europa League spot through their Scottish Premier League position.

SCOTTISH PREMIER: Aber-deen vs St Johnstone 1-3.
