Here is a warning for anybody thinking of taking a quiet stroll in Victoria. Forget it. It is too dangerous, too dusty and too noisy.

Main Square and St George's Square are no-go areas. Right at the start of the tourist season this area has become a work site.

This is the most stupid planning imaginable.
