An electric-scooter driver was in danger of dying last night after a collision in Siggiewi, the police said.

The other vehicle involved in the accident was a Peugeot car driven by a 19-year-old. The driver of the scooter is 45 years old and from Siggiewi.

The accident happened in Triq Mgr. Mikiel Azzopardi.

The duty magistrate is conducting an inquiry and police investigations are in the hands of the Qormi district police.
