HSBC Bank Malta plc has launched a new initiative aimed at encouraging all those purchasing a new home to buy eco-friendly goods for their new property.

Through the scheme, HSBC's Home Loans division will give customers taking out a Home Credit Loan, Classic Home Loan, High Value Home Loan, Bridging Loans or a non-resident Home Loan, Lm200 worth of vouchers, which can be used when purchasing from a range of eco-friendly goods available at Forestals.

Three vouchers will be given, one of Lm100 and two of Lm50 and Forestals will give HSBC Home Loans customers a Lm50 discount for purchases between Lm250 and Lm499.99, a Lm100 discount for purchases between Lm500 and Lm749.99, a Lm150 discount for purchases between Lm750 and Lm999.99 and a Lm200 discount for purchases of Lm1,000 and over.
