The British High Commission and the University of Malta announce a public talk on education, culture and research by Sir Michael Jay, Permanent Under Secretary at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Head of the British Diplomatic Service.

Sir Michael will talk on "Malta and the United Kingdom: Friends developing links for a New Generation" on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Lecture Hall E, Gateway Building on campus. The talk will be followed by a short question and answer session which will end before 4 p.m.
