My chinese friend, Zhao Qi Xing, recently applied for a credit card which she never received as it was stolen in the post. The thief went on a shopping spree, defrauding my friend of a substantial amount of money.

In a relatively short time, the Police's Economic Crimes Unit, led by Inspector Kevin Borg, with WPS 95 Jeanne Farrugia and PC 344 Chris Vella, solved the case and the offender has been caught.
