A workshop on emotional intelligence for people with a leadership or management role in their work will be held at the Radisson SAS Baypoint Resort, St Julian`s, on June 15.

The workshop is intended to help leaders improve the performance and confidence of their people, increase commitment and motivation, improve relationships between managers and employees, and help the organisation deal better with change.

It will be held between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. The Lm40 fee includes lunch and coffee breaks.

The workshop will be directed by Dr Katie Birch, Ph.D., CFIPD (joint director, Future Focus Ltd) and Patrick J. Psaila, M.Ed (psychologist, WorkAssist).
