Employees in team building events

The Bank of Valletta has concluded this year's series of team building events for employees from different departments and branches aimed at fostering team work and cooperation.

The interactive events and games were held at Popeye Village, in Mellieha.

Igino Xuereb, chief officer operations at Bank of Valletta, said that besides nurturing a sense of belonging within the participating teams, team building activities help employees to get to know each other better.

The activities also serve to highlight the importance of proper planning and coordination, two essential factors in the success of every organisation, he said.
