Enzo Bianchi to give talk in Malta

Enzo Bianchi, from the Ecumenical community of Bose, Turin, will be giving a talk in Gateway Hall at the University on March 5 starting at 6.30 p.m.

The evening will commence with a performance by harpist Jacob Portelli; then, at 7 p.m., Br Bianchi will discuss 'La Parola di Dio nella Vita della Chiesa e dei Cristiani Oggi' (the word of God in the lives of the Church and Christians today). Refreshments will follow.

During his time in Malta, Br Bianchi will be hosted by the community of the friars of St Augustine in Valletta.

On March 12, in the hall at the Augustinian Institute, there will be a ceremony where certificates of attendance will be given to participants of the Lectio Augustini 2010. At the start of the ceremony, Fr Lucian Borg will celebrate thanksgiving Mass to mark 27 years since the Augustinian Institute was founded in 1983.
