The Employment and Training Corporation has launched a new freephone (8007 6500) for clients looking for full or part-time jobs.

Job seekers can now either phone 8007 6500 or look up the vacancies page of the ETC's Website (www.etc.org.mt).

The latter service was launched some three years ago and has become a huge success with Internet job seekers. In February 2003 the Corporation's Website registered 410,936 successful entire site hits while the vacancies page, which carries all of ETC's available vacancies, registered 14,796 hits.

ETC has issued a colouful card promoting the new freephone 8007 6500 and job search at www.etc.org.mt. Such cards are available from the Corporation's Job Centres in Valletta, Vittoriosa, Mosta and Victoria and from the ETC Employment Services Division in Hal Far.
