The volume of retail trade in the eurozone in February grew by one per cent compared to February of last year and by 1.9 per cent in the EU25, according to first estimates released by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Communities.

Compared to January of this year, the retail sales index rose by 0.3 per cent in the eurozone and by 0.4 per cent in the EU25.
