I would suggest including by legislation the official fixed rate (Lm = 2.3294; 1 = Lm0.4293) with the dual price display in liri and in euro when this law comes into force next January.

In this way, no rounding up will be possible - at least for those customers who care to check prices with a simple reader reckoner.
