Euromed business forum
Robert Darmanin, resident manager of the Bank of Valletta representative office in Tunisia, attended the first Euromed Forum in Sfax, which brought together some 40 Chambers of Commerce from the lower Mediterranean basin and North African countries.
Robert Darmanin, resident manager of the Bank of Valletta representative office in Tunisia, attended the first Euromed Forum in Sfax, which brought together some 40 Chambers of Commerce from the lower Mediterranean basin and North African countries. The forum was organised by the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and discussed problems faced by companies operating within this region, especially the textile industry.
The BOV Tunisia representative office is a member of the Tunis Chamber of Commerce.
More than 120 companies from Europe and North Africa participated in the event, which was also attended by 16 Ambassadors of the European Union resident in Tunisia, including Malta's Ambassador Ives De Barro.
