Conchita Wurst’s advice to Malta’s Eurovision winner tonight is simple: “Sit back and enjoy the moment,” she said this afternoon when addressing a press conference soon after her arrival.

Last year’s winner in the Eurovision Song Contest, Conchita will be singing at Malta’s contest tonight.

She will be opening the show with her winning song Rise Like a Phoenix and will sing her new single Heroes during the show.

Heroes, she said, was about treating people with respect everyday, listening, and seeing where they were coming from, which was not easy.

She said she was very excited about her performance tonight and very happy to be in Malta, where it felt like summer.
