Excellent medical service

I read quite frequently in The Times letters of praise from people requiring medical attention in an emergency or otherwise, not knowing that I would very soon be in a similar position.

Having been taken ill in a restaurant, I was lucky to have a doctor sitting nearby who rendered assistance. I was taken to St Luke's Hospital and I had X-rays, CT scans, ECGs, you name it. I would like to thank all the medical staff at St Luke's, the nurses, attendants and everyone working at the hospital for their excellent service.

I offer you my heartfelt congratulations for the dedication you all put into your daily work.
