I refer to the letter (February 4) regarding potholes in Old College Street.

I would like to point out the fact that the St Julians local council is not responsible for the maintenance of Old College Street because it doesn't fall under the council's jurisdiction area. Proof of this is the fact that residents living in Old College Street who are registered in the electoral register vote for the Sliema local council.
