Fashion and beauty care fair

The Fashion and Beauty Care Fair opens at the Trade Fair Grounds in Naxxar today until Sunday, marking the start of the second part of the annual calendar of fairs, following the July fair.

The Fashion and Beauty Care Fair includes 52 exhibitors, with 72 exhibition stands, spread over an area of 2,000 square metres.

Major companies in the business are taking part and exhibitors have set up a widespread representation of cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, beauty treatments, hair care products, jewellery and fashion wear.

The fair includes demonstrations, client consultations, the distribution of promotional material and the participation of a number of modelling firms.

A stage in exhibition Hall F has been purposely set up for a number of shows, including two beauty contests, fashion shows and a hair show. The shows are being organised by leading local modelling companies.

In addition to these activities, an entrance lottery is being held, with a number of daily prizes to be won. Visitors to the fair are eligible to take part in the lottery.

Around 11,000 visitors are expected to visit the fair, which has a strong business and female participation.

Opening hours are 6 to 10 p.m. today, tomorow and on Friday; 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 to 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
