A fault in a transformer in a substation in Sliema led to an interruption in the electricity supply on Saturday morning, Enemalta Corporation said in a statement.

The corporation added that a cable fault caused power interruptions in parts of St Julians on Sunday morning and a fault in an overhead line at Mosta led to service interruptions there on Sunday afternoon.
