A 19-year-old Birzebbuga man has been fined Lm100 for joining a group of people to commit a crime in Marsascala two years ago.

The man, whose name cannot be published for legal reasons, was found guilty of forming part of a brawl and breaching the peace on September 30, 2000.

Police Inspector Marisa Camilleri prosecuted.

Dr Jason Azzopardi appeared for the defendant.
