Sliema Wanderers defender Jeffrey Chetcuti and William Camenzuli, of Birkirkara, will have to watch Saturday's top-of-the-table clash from the stands. Key players Chetcuti and Camenzuli each received a one-match ban after seeing red last weekend.
Referee Anton Zammit dismissed Camenzuli during added time of Saturday's match between Birkirkara and Pietà for a second caution while Chetcuti was expelled by Adrian Casha for a late tackle on Hibs' striker Ndubisi Chukunyere just before half-time.
Marsaxlokk will have three players missing for tomorrow's match against Hibs. Apart from Etienne Barbara, still to serve the last of a two-match ban, the southerners will also be without defenders Nikolai Slavtchev and Charlò Magro who were banned for one match.
Floriana's Jonathan Holland was also given a one-match ban yesterday after his sending-off in the draw against Marsaxlokk.
The heftiest suspension was imposed on Patrick Muscat.
The St Patrick player received his marching orders in Sunday's 1-1 draw against Lija Athletic for protests. He was suspended for three matches.
