Flawed telephone directory

After waiting four years for a new and up-to-date telephone directory, we have received one full of errors. Emily Barbaro-Sant is not the only one to complain (April 26); several others have been hard done by.

My main telephone number and address have been omitted. In so far as Maltacom is concerned I do not exist - this will of course not stop them from sending in their bills. They can try using the address attached to my second telephone - but even here my initials are given incorrectly. No postcode is given.

We are asked to inform the "Officer in Charge" of any omission or error. Fine. What will he do about it? The least he can and should do is issue a supplement, presto, putting matters right.
