As one of the leading processors, importers and distributors of fresh and frozen processed meat and poultry products, Chef's Choice Ltd recently organised a course for its employees to keep them updated with what is happening in the industry and its set standards, and also to license them

The employees, from all Chef's Choice administration and production divisions, attended an in-house day course on food handling and hygiene, thus ensuring both quality and handling of food products to international standards.

Chef's Choice is currently in an update process towards HACCP international standards, which will enable the company to compete in the European market and internationally.
