Three men and a woman - all aged between 20 and 26 - have been arrested by the Drugs Squad.

The police said that squad members discovered synthetic drugs, cannabis, heroin and other drug-related items during a search at a Cospicua residence on Thursday.

The search took place at 11am.

Two of the men will be taken to court later on Friday.

Police investigations are ongoing.
