Joe Lupi, managing director of Frank Salt (Real Estate) Limited, and Ramon Mizzi, chief executive officer of Citadel Insurance plc, signing a life sub agency agreement between the two companies in which Frank Salt (Real Estate) were appoint sub-agents for Citadel Insurance life products. Citadel Insurance is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to carry on general and long-term business of insurance under the Insurance Business Act, 1998, and to provide investment services under the Investment Services Act, 1994. Frank Salt (Real Estate) as a Citadel Insurance sub-is authorised by the MFSA to carry out insurance sub-agency activities.
