Frank Salt launches new Website

Frank Salt Real Estate has just launched a new Website described by managing director Joseph Lupi as "a dynamic real estate agency online".

The company has been working on the project for the past few months and the result is a user-friendly and informative Website (www.franksalt.com.mt), featuring a vast choice of residential and commercial properties for sale and to let, specially selected from thousands of properties on the company's database updated daily.

The properties are accompanied by hundreds of images, room sizes and other details.

The database is complemented by an extensive search facility, which has been designed to guide the user, offering alternative options of properties available.

One of the most innovative features is the interactive facility for property seekers to register their requirements on the Web database, which enables them to be automatically notified via e-mail, as soon as a property matching their needs comes in.

The site has been designed to cater for Maltese and foreign clients, incorporating comprehensive information on buying and selling procedures, loans, residency, taxation, an interactive map and a German translation.

Another new feature is the company's newsletter, The Frank Salt Property News, online, together with sections featuring 'Hot Properties' and special feature properties and news items.
