Annual General Conference shows company’s continued momentum across Malta’s property market
Frank Salt Real Estate recorded its strongest performance to date in 2025, achieving record sales turnover and sustained growth across its core divisions, reinforcing its position as Malta’s leading real estate agency. The company’s achievements and future strategy were outlined during its Annual General Conference held at The Westin Dragonara in St Julian’s.

It also proved to be a standout year for the Frank Salt Commercial division, which is supported by its own dedicated team of commercial consultants. Their expertise helped guide a growing number of investors exploring commercial property as an alternative asset class to strengthen and diversify their property portfolios.
The company also expanded its portfolio of sole agency listings, which gives vendors enhanced marketing exposure and a more streamlined sales process. With a single dedicated consultant guiding the sale from start to finish, sole agency properties have performed strongly, with 75% sold within the first 75 days of coming on the market.

This growth has significantly strengthened the company’s presence within the short-let sector and positions the division for continued growth in 2026.

Led by two full-time trainers, the academy is designed to launch new recruits into the real estate profession through structured training, mentorship and practical guidance. The programme equips participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to build successful careers in the industry, contributing to a strong success rate among those who complete the academy.
In 2025, the company also made significant investments in restructuring its marketing team. The year also saw strong growth across the company’s website and social media channels, driving increased digital engagement and reinforcing the Frank Salt Real Estate website’s position as Malta’s leading online property platform.

Among the key areas of focus will be improving communication across departments and strengthening productivity through mentorship and continued skills development. The company will also continue to invest in expanding its technology and business intelligence capabilities, supporting greater operational efficiency and providing stronger market insights to guide decision-making across the organisation, particularly within the marketing, finance and IT departments. Building on strong foundations that include an established brand, reputation, experienced teams, robust back-office support and a loyal client base, he said the company is well positioned to continue strengthening its performance in the year ahead.
During his closing address, Company Director Grahame Salt thanked and congratulated the various teams making up the Frank Salt Real Estate Group for their strong performance throughout the year. “All of our teams are incredibly good at what they do, and you should all be proud of the excellent service you provide to your clients”. He then went on to announce the retirement of Chief Operating Officer Darren De Domenico, thanking him for his dedication and significant contribution to the company over the past eleven years. “Darren has driven our teams towards constant improvement. The company has grown from strength to strength, and we are very grateful for all you have done,” said Grahame.
The evening concluded with the presentation of awards celebrating the achievements of the company’s top performing consultants in each category, with the Fgura branch being named Best Branch for 2025.
