Achieve Business Consultancy and Training, the local representative of FranklinCovey, was launched recently at the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.

Speaking at the launch, Education Minister Dolores Cristina dwelt on the importance of lifelong learning and said: “Very often the right advice given to decision-makers on the individual development requirements of their staff can make all the difference.”

She stressed the value of the highly untapped resource of people innovation and effectiveness, and pointed to the strong impact on trust – personally, organisationally and socially – in the building of a trust culture as the foundation of business success.

“Education is the cornerstone for building a fair and honest future in Malta,” Ms Cristina said. “FranklinCovey have recognised that if our young people and budding entrepreneurs are exposed to principle-centred habits of effectiveness, they too can be the change-agents that will continue to strengthen Malta’s capability of being a world-class centre of excellence in a wide range of disciplines.” Achieve BCT managing partner Malcolm J. Naudi welcomed the guests, who included Peter Kasic, FranklinCovey vice-president of International Partners and Global Sales, who spoke on how FranklinCovey enables greatness wherever it operates in 144 countries worldwide.

James Naudi, partner of Achieve BCT, gave an overview of the Malta offering, including sector-focused programmes, and also gave an indication of various tools and initiatives that will be undertaken in the coming months.
