Fraud charge

A Qawra man was yesterday charged with defrauding his neighbour. Joseph Friggieri, 37, pleaded not guilty to defrauding Patrick Pace of over Lm500 between December 2002 and September 2003. He was granted bail against a personal guarantee of Lm8,000.
