Anthony Bezzina, 50 of Xemxija, was yesterday charged with defrauding Noel Portelli of Lm390 in November last year and with defrauding Stephen Gravino of Lm120.

Bezzina was further charged with relapsing.

Inspector Ian Abdilla prosecuted.

Dr Roberto Montalto and Dr Jose Herrera appeared for the accused.
