A group of 40 people from the French parish of St Andre' in Reims recently visited Malta as part of a pilgrimage in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul.

The group, led by Pere Vincent de Lizia, also visited Gozo where they were the guests of the Nazzarenu community in Xaghra. The group was lodged at the Augustinian friary in Victoria.

During their stay in Malta they visited St Paul's Grotto and the Roman Catacombs in Rabat, and the site of St Paul's shipwreck on Selmun islands. In Gozo the activities included a penitential celebration on t'Ghammar hill, and visits to Ta' Pinu Sanctuary, Dwejra bay and the Ggantija Temples.
