Germany are unchanged for this evening's Euro 2008 semi-final while midfielder Mehmet Aurelio returned from a one-match ban for depleted Turkey.

Germany coach Joachim Loew named the team that beat Portugal 3-2 in the quarter-finals. Midfielder Torsten Frings, who has recovered from a rib injury, had to be content with a place on the bench.

Turkey, who have four players suspended and a host of others injured, brought in Semih Senturk up front after the forward came on and scored the 122nd minute equaliser in the quarter-final against Croatia.

Midfielder Ayhan Akman makes his first appearance of the tournament.
