Father Christmas yesterday went to St Luke's Hospital and started going round wards distributing gifts to patients bringing a smile on the face of many.

The gifts were bought by the Kampanja Milied Hieni, which is made up of technicians in the BioMedical Engineering Division and their friends. The proceeds were collected from a marathon organised by the campaign in November and from other activities.

Most of the main block was covered yesterday but gifts would have been presented to all the patients, who number over 800, by tomorrow.
