Goldman Sachs Alternatives completes Melita acquisition

The deal was first announced in late 2024

Goldman Sachs Alternatives infrastructure business has completed the acquisition of communications company Melita following regulatory approvals. 

The deal was first announced in late 2024.

Goldman Sachs Alternatives said it would continue to invest in Melita’s nationwide gigabit broadband and 5G mobile networks and support its commitment to sustainability.
