The Light Pollution Awareness Group (International Dark-Sky Association (Malta)) is asking for submissions for the Good Lighting Awards 2002.

Good Lighting Awards are given in recognition of exterior lighting projects which pay particular attention to the reduction of glare, skyglow, energy waste and all other aspects of light pollution.

Entries may be sent to the Light Pollution Awareness Group, The Astronomical Society of Malta, PO Box 174, Valletta CMR 01.

The closing date is November 12.

The Good Lighting Awards will be awarded during Astronomy Week 2002, a week-long series of activities to be held between November 17-24.
