I refer to the letter Treatment Of Gozitans by Saviour Attard (February 2). First of all Go would like to put the readers' minds at rest and inform them that the "billing office" he refers to is, in fact, temporary premises that Go is occupying and using as a provisional outlet until refurbishment works are carried out in its retail outlet in Victoria.

In the coming weeks, Go will be opening the doors of its refurbished retail outlet in Victoria offering customers mobile, telephone, internet and television services all under one roof. The Gozo outlet is being extensively modernised, bringing it in line with Go's quad-play brand image for the full benefit of our customers. The new outlet in Victoria is planned to offer customers the best experience with services and products suited to their requirements.

Meanwhile Go apologises for any inconveniences related to the current refurbishment works.
