The Gozo Channel service will be performed by two ferries until further notice, since the MV Ta' Pinu is being serviced at the Malta Shipyards.

In order to reduce waiting times during peak periods when a three-ferry shuttle service is usually in operation, the ferry with the largest capacity, the MV Malita, will use both hanging car-decks with a clear deck height of 2.5 metres.
