Carlo Gavazzi Ltd has just hosted, for the first time in 15 years, the board meeting of the Carlo Gavazzi Group, which is composed of executives from the USA, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Malta.

Ray Attard, managing director of Carlo Gavazzi Ltd, has been a member of the board for the past eight years.

The board represents manufacturing companies in Denmark, Italy, Lithuania and Malta and operates through a sales network spread across 17 countries.

With a fully-fledged research and development department, Carlo Gavazzi Ltd in Malta is responsible for developing and manufacturing solid-state relays and motor controllers for the automation industry.
