An Englishman has been put on probation for six months for involuntarily injuring a woman with a jet ski at Mellieha Bay on Sunday.

During his arraignment on Sunday, 18-year-old James Daniel Richardson pleaded guilty to seriously injuring Stevi-Rose Alan.

Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna presided over the case.

Police Inspector Roland Cassar prosecuted.
