A San Gwann man was yesterday conditionally discharged for three years for forgery and fraud.

Albert Camenzuli, 23, pleaded guilty to forgery and to defrauding James Hawkins of over Lm100 on May 23.

Magistrate Abigail Lofaro noted that Camenzuli had a clean criminal record, cooperated with the police, filed an early guilty plea and declared he would never do it again.
